before submission. Upon successful payment, you will receive an electronic confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
This confirmation serves as a receipt only and does not constitute a final contract for the sale or lease of any property.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Certain fees, including booking fees or administrative charges, may be non-refundable and will be clearly
communicated prior to payment.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction,
unless otherwise agreed in writing, and are subject to the Company’s policy and applicable UAE laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, ICON GOLDEN BEAM REAL ESTATE L.L.C shall not be liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website,
online payment services, or reliance on any information contained therein. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or
limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.
